Appointment Policies

Bookings. It is the client's responsibility to book, confirm, cancel and/or reschedule all appointments. Our online booking system is available to you 24/7. For easiest access you can download the Vagaro app onto your phone. It is also the client's responsibility to book the correct appointment & confirm that you agree to that price point when booking. 

Cancellations. We REQUIRE at least 24 hours notice for any appointments that need to be canceled or rescheduled, outside of an emergency or sickness. You must call & leave us a VM by 9am the day of your appointment if you are looking for any flexibility outside of a 100% cancellation charge. If you are a reoccurring client that has been serviced 4+ at our studio, you will have ONE grace last minute cancel. Outside of the one grace missed appointment, our reoccurring client's will be charged 50% for missed appointments. This amount will be charged to the card on file, or another payment is acceptable (if requested).

If you are a new client and you cancel or no-show within a 12-hour window or less, you will be charged 100%. Our schedules are by appointment only. Please respect our time and make sure to commit to the time slot you are saving and the promise you are making to show up to your appointment.

Lash Refill. Waiting a period of 30 days in between a lash fill will be considered a partial set (40% lashes still on) or a full set (less than 40% of lashes still on). Lashes are maintained every 2-3 weeks so please make sure your schedule allows for this service maintenance before booking with us.

Lash Cleansing. You must come with clean lashes to each appointment. Cleaning your lashes is essential for maintaining your lash health. A lash bath will be a necessary addition if your lashes need cleansing at the beginning of your service. This will be a $20 service charge and will cut into your lash application time.

Lash Retention. We do guarantee our lashes for the first three days after a visit at our studio. After Day 4 you will schedule a fill as usual. Keep in mind that lashes do shed up to five per day, but if you feel like your lashes are excessively shedding please reach out. We offer complimentary touch-ups, but we must be made aware of the fall out within the first 72 hours.

Irritations / Reactions. If a reaction occurs we do not refund the service but we will offer a free lash removal should this unfortunate event occur. Please contact us immediately once you become aware of any type of irritation so we may assist you as quickly as possible. We have upfront pricing, service descriptions and Instagram portfolios so there is no confusion when booking.

Refunds. We do not offer refunds but if you are unsatisfied with the service please contact us within 24 hours of your appointment.

No Guests. Please arrive to your appointment without any guest or children.

Parking. We do not have a dedicated parking space at our current location, but we do have plenty of street parking available!

Arrive on Time. Please stay in your vehicle until your appointment time.

No Answering FT or Phone Calls outside of an emergency during your service. 

Lash Artists & Price Points. We are a small team of Lash Artists and we all have different years of experience. We have a range of price points available. Please read through this before booking so you are aware of who you are booking with and what price their service is. 

We must respect that our artist's have live's outside of their work. Please be considerate when messaging them personally. We offer complimentary consultations that can be booked 24/7 if you have a question for your lash artist.

We do have the right to refuse service to any patron not adhering to business practices & policies. We will also not tolerate any type of harassment in our establishment. You will be asked to leave immediately.
